Personal data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide directly. We also process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
- Name and email address.
- Telephone number, when you choose to provide it.
- The project description and any other information included in your message.
- The page URL, language, submission time and a randomly generated submission identifier.
- IP address and request metadata used temporarily for security, rate limiting and technical logs.
- Aggregated page-view, referral, location, browser, operating-system and device statistics produced by Vercel Web Analytics.
Purposes and legal bases
We use contact-form data to respond to your enquiry, understand a potential project and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data is processed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and to prevent misuse, based on our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable service.
Aggregated analytics are used to understand general website usage and improve its content and performance. We do not use website data for advertising profiles. Where processing is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, those grounds may also apply.
Contact form and correspondence
Name, email address and a message are required so that we can identify and answer an enquiry. Providing a telephone number is optional. If required information is not supplied, the form cannot be submitted, but you may contact the studio by email instead.
After submission, the enquiry is delivered to the studio and an acknowledgement is sent to the address you provided. Subsequent correspondence takes place through the studio’s email infrastructure. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the free-text field.
Analytics and cookies
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics in a minimal, cookie-free configuration. It records aggregated page views and an event indicating that a contact form was submitted successfully. The event contains no name, email address, telephone number or message content.
The website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is displayed. This will be reviewed if the website’s technology changes.
Recipients and service providers
Personal data is accessible only where necessary. Within the studio, enquiries may be accessed by the studio owner and the administrator. We do not transfer website enquiries to a CRM or use them for mailing lists.
We use Vercel for hosting, server-side form processing, technical logs and aggregated analytics; Resend for transactional email delivery; and Google Workspace for receiving and managing studio correspondence. Cloudflare is currently used for DNS management only and does not proxy website traffic. These providers may use authorised subprocessors under their respective contractual terms.
International transfers
The website serves an international audience and uses providers whose infrastructure or corporate operations may involve processing outside the country where you are located. The contact-form function runs in Dublin, Ireland (dub1) on the Vercel Hobby plan.
Resend dispatches messages from Ireland (eu-west-1), while its account data, email metadata, logs and API records are stored in United States. Google Workspace is configured with the data-region setting “No preference”. Where required, transfers are covered by applicable contractual safeguards, including data-processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not result in a client relationship are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a shorter or longer period is required for a specific legal reason.
If an enquiry leads to a project or contract, relevant correspondence and records are retained for the duration of the project and afterwards for the periods required by applicable contractual, accounting, tax and legal obligations. Technical and provider logs are retained according to the applicable service plan and provider settings. Data may be kept longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the law applicable to your circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Requests can be sent to admin@taleh.studio. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority competent for your place of residence, work or the location of an alleged infringement.
External links
The website contains ordinary links to social networks, messaging services, publications and third-party websites. Following a link takes you outside https://taleh.studio. The external service then processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Taleh Studio does not control those third-party websites.
Children
The website and the studio’s services are not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal data from minors through the contact form. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, please contact admin@taleh.studio.
Marketing and automated decisions
Contact-form data is not used for advertising mailing lists, behavioural profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. An enquiry is reviewed by a person. If marketing communications are introduced in the future, an appropriate legal basis and opt-out mechanism will be provided.
Security and changes to this Notice
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed. No internet transmission or storage system can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page. Questions may be sent to admin@taleh.studio.
